REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

All sales are final. We accept returns for refunds for items damaged in transit. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first notify us within 7 days of receiving to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receiving the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) for any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a time frame of 14 days. You will be responsible for any related shipping costs.

Disclaimer

Many of our items are hand-made and have imperfections that might appear to be defects. These are not to be considered defects and are features of the manufacturing process.

Sizes displayed on garments are only for reference and might not be standard. Customers are responsible for checking for the actual size of the garment according to the size chart provided by us to ensure that they fit them prior to purchasing. No exchanges or returns are allowed for size differences. For items without detailed sizing information, please email us before making purchases.
